The sugar substitute used is malitol, which is a better choice for sugar free candy than chemicals like Aspartame and Sucralose. Malitol is the preferred choice of national quality chocolate makers like Godiva. It has a sweet taste, and some customers actually prefer it to regular chocolate.

This is the current list of sugar free candy, but we can make almost anything that you do in regular chocolate in sugar free. It can be made with either white, milk, or dark chocolate. It is typically made in pieces similar to a Reese Cup, but can be made in any size, or even a cluster.
